I thought I was saving money, so I put the cheapest tires Walmart had on my 2011 with 225K miles, Waterfall Eco Dynamic. Mileage immediately dropped from 44 mpg to 34 mpg. I'm a dork. I didn't realize tires are such a major factor in mileage.
Maxxis tires were used on our Prius, and we were pleased with the ride and comfort from these tires. They had long tread life, and were good in both winter and summer conditions! Would definitely purchase these tires again.
Here in ny the winters can be bad but I have never gotten stuck yet. I have tried other tires on my car and these have lasted the longest I do alot of driving for work and these have been excellent.
