Manufactured exclusively in the US, the Tundra is built to work, with a choice of V6 or V8 engines and a phenomenal 10,000 lb towing capacity as well as an integral tow hitch, interior features that are sized for passengers wearing hardhats, oil and transmission coolers, heavy duty suspension and enhanced load capacity. Tundras are available with single cab, club cab and crew cab body styles; for model year ‘17, the Tundra was offered with TRD, SR, SR5, Limited, Platinum and 1794 Edition trim levels.

This my own opinion. I've had Falken Wildpeaks AT3 prior to the AT4s. Never had an issue before, don't have it now. Works great in the rain in my opinion. AT3s work awesome during winter, but yet to try them this year. I would recommend these tires.
These tires are some of the best tires I have ever used quiet on the road balanced easily and are wearing fantastic at 40k I still have a fair amount of tread Did I mention they look awesome
I started running these in 2017 on my truck and they just work, I use them year round in snow slush rain etc... they do not grip the best in Ice but hard to find a tire that does. In snow I have chewed my way through way more than any other Tire I have tried to date, and in slushy stuff they grip but also have wide enough gaps to let it flow out the side so it does not push the vehicle around as much.
